Before commencing at Ramsden Family Law, Avalon served as an Associate to a Judge and Senior Judicial Registrar in the Sydney Registry of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. This role gave her invaluable insights into the court system and conducting hearings. It also solidified her belief that a resolution-focused approach often results in the best outcomes for clients and their families. While litigation and Court intervention are sometimes necessary, Avalon strives to minimise conflict to achieve the best possible results for clients and their families.
In addition to her experience in family law, Avalon has a background in Wills and Estates, powers of attorney, guardianship, conveyancing, lease agreements, and debt recovery.
