Aneta Dimoska Di Marco is a Senior Associate at Ramsden Family Law, bringing a strong set of legal skills in client service and advocacy, as well as a deep understanding of the psychological dynamics that often arise in family law.

She holds post-graduate qualifications in both psychology and law. In 2002, Aneta received a stipend to conduct psycho-physiological research into electrical brain activity underlying inhibitory control and impulsivity, and in 2005 she was awarded her PhD with a recommendation for High Commendation by one of her reviewers. Her academic work has resulted in over 25 peer-reviewed publications, cited in more than 2600 other works, reflecting her strong evidence-based approach to problem-solving.

Admitted to practice in 2013, Aneta has predominantly focused on family law, representing clients across a wide range of parenting and property matters. She regularly advocates for clients with cultural, linguistic and mental health challenges. With a Master of Laws (Applied Law) and her background in psychology, she applies a balanced combination of strategic legal advice, empathy, and clear communication to each matter.

Aneta is a tenacious advocate both in and out of court, with experience in parenting matters involving very young children, interstate relocations, and abuse allegations. In property matters, she has successfully navigated cases involving overseas assets, hidden assets, and family business structures.

She strives to best support her clients by guiding them through the legal process and offering high-level strategic insight to equip them with the understanding and confidence to make effective legal decisions.
