Chris Giannaros holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) from Deakin University. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 2025.

Chris built his legal career from the ground up, beginning as a receptionist at a boutique Melbourne law firm and progressing through roles including Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Law Clerk, and Law Graduate. This pathway gave him a strong practical foundation across commercial law, wills and estates, property law, equity and trusts, and property related matters, before he focused his practice on family law.

Chris practises exclusively in family law and has experience across the full range of family law matters. He has a particular interest in complex financial disputes and high-conflict parenting matters, bringing strategic thinking and commercial insight to help clients stay focused on practical outcomes and achieve fair, sustainable resolutions.

He is committed to supporting clients through emotionally challenging periods with clear, concise, and practical advice. Known for his professionalism, diligence, empathy, and discipline, Chris takes a balanced approach, working to resolve matters efficiently where possible, while remaining ready to advocate firmly when required.
