Emma Parfitt

Emma Parfitt joins Ramsden Family Law as a Paralegal, bringing more than a decade of experience working in the legal industry. In 2017, she began a law degree, which she later placed on hold to focus on her family and her paralegal career.

Working closely with the firm’s solicitors, Emma assists with the day to day management of matters. Her role includes preparing correspondence and court documents, liaising with clients and other practitioners, and supporting a wide range of legal tasks. She has built strong experience in family law and domestic violence matters.

Drawing on her own experience of separation and divorce, and as a parent, Emma understands the emotional and practical pressures clients can face. She approaches her work with empathy and care, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.

Outside the office, Emma enjoys keeping active and regularly competes in touch rugby league, triathlons, and other sporting events.
