Grant Furiosi is a Special Counsel at Ramsden Family Law, admitted to practise in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

With almost 15 years of experience working exclusively in family law, Grant is widely recognised for his knowledge in divorce, property and financial settlements, parenting disputes, child support and domestic violence matters. He has a particular interest in complex parenting and property cases, where he is dedicated to achieving results in line with client objectives which are “just and equitable” and in the “best interests of the children”.

Before becoming a family lawyer, Grant served in the military which shaped his strong work ethic, integrity and calm, practical approach to resolving disputes. Grant also has experience and maintains professional relationships in small business, investing and property development. He regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates Courts, where his diverse experience and strategic advocacy helps clients achieve positive and efficient outcomes.

Grant’s decision to practise family law was driven by his genuine passion for helping people through some of life’s most challenging times. He understands that separation and family matters can be highly emotional and stressful, and he works closely with his clients to provide reassurance and guidance at every stage of the process.
