Monique Markoski

Monique Markoski joins Ramsden Family Law as a Law Clerk and is in the final stages of completing her Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University.

Monique began her legal career at the County Court of Victoria, first as a Media Assistant and later as a Deputy Registrar in the Criminal Division. Through these roles, she developed strong organisational skills and a calm, client focused approach in high pressure environments.

As her studies progressed, Monique was drawn to explore other areas of law and transitioned into family law, joining a boutique family law practice. There, she gained broad experience across a range of matters and discovered a strong passion for the work, valuing both its challenges and the opportunity to support people during important life changes.

Monique sees the law as a tool for empowerment and is committed to guiding clients through what can feel like an overwhelming process. She takes pride in ensuring clients feel heard, informed, and genuinely supported from start to finish.
