Anthony Saba

Anthony Saba is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and Special Counsel in our Sydney office. He also holds a Master of Applied Law specialising in Family Law.

Anthony has worked almost exclusively in Family Law since his admission in September 2017. In addition to his experience in Family Law, he also has experience in criminal law, specialising in domestic violence and AVO/ADVO matters, which has made him particularly sensitive to complicated parenting matters surrounding family violence and coercive control.

Having previously worked at other specialist Family Law firms in Sydney, Anthony has also worked on a number of high net wealth and complex financial matters, involving domestic and foreign companies and Trusts.

When it comes to Family Law, Anthony’s passion stems from a deep desire to serve and support people through often the most difficult time in their life. Anthony does this by taking the time to first understand what is important to his clients and their objectives and provide them with pragmatic, compassionate, and practical advice, both in and out of the Court system.

Anthony is in the process of becoming a collaboratively trained practitioner and understands the benefits to clients by resolving matters by consent and without costly litigation.
