MEDIATOR/ FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PRACTITIONER
Maria Ryan is an experienced registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner who uses her empathy and insight to enhance communication throughout the mediation process.
Whether mediating parenting or property matters, Maria’s vast knowledge in property, commercial business and family law assists parties to properly reflect on their proposals, ensuring they reach long lasting and sustainable outcomes that are practical and future focused.
AVAILABILITY
THE PROCESS
Complementing her practice by applying her skills in psychology and teaching to assist parties to move forward with the aim to preserve important relationships and to reduce ongoing conflict.
Maria has mediated all sorts of disputes through Family Relationships Centres and in private practice; she is comfortable facilitating difficult discussions and uses her compassion and experience to support open to discussions.
She can do a pre-mediation assement with each party before the mediation. During this time, she meets separately with each party to understand their expectations, concerns, and desired outcomes.
Maria can provide either a half day or a full day mediation depending on the separating couple’s needs.
OUR FEES
Mediation services include:
- An online pre-mediation session
- Reading time for position statements
- Preparation of Heads of Agreement following mediation
All fees are exclusive of GST.
Half Day Mediation
- $1,990 total
- $995 per party
Full Day Mediation
- $3,200 total
- $1,600 per party
Additional Services
- Further related mediation sessions booked within six weeks are available at a reduced rate
- Additional pre-mediation session, where required: $150
- Preparation of a Section 60I certificate: $100 administration fee
