Louisa Travers-Jones

Louisa Travers-Jones is a Law Clerk at Ramsden Family Law. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts / Laws (Honours) at The University of Queensland, majoring in Economics and Linguistics.

Before commencing her legal career, Louisa worked in optics as a dispenser, and she cites working in the medico retail sector as having reinforced her strong sense of empathy and her desire to work in a profession where she can make a meaningful and measurable difference in people’s lives.

Louisa was motivated to pursue law by her strong sense of justice and her enjoyment of creative problem solving. She believes these qualities are particularly valuable in family law, where every client’s circumstances are unique, and no two matters are ever the same.

She values the legal profession for the opportunity it provides to achieve practical, meaningful outcomes for clients. Louisa brings a positive attitude, a people first approach, and excellent communication skills to her work.
