Charlotte Williams

Charlotte Williams holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Marketing from the University of Adelaide. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice before being admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in December 2024.

Before joining Ramsden Family Law, Charlotte worked as an Associate to His Honour Judge Durrant in the District Court of South Australia. In this role, she developed a strong attention to detail and gained valuable insight into the Court process. After six months, she was promoted to Senior Associate in recognition of her leadership skills and the valuable support she provided to the judiciary.

Since her admission, Charlotte has practised exclusively in family law. She has experience across a broad range of parenting matters, including complex family violence, relocation and recovery matters. She also assists clients with property settlements, working to achieve practical outcomes through lawyer-led negotiations, mediation and, where necessary, litigation.

Passionate about family law, Charlotte is currently completing a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) through the College of Law Australia, further strengthening her knowledge and commitment to the area.
