Michelangelo Benedetti is a respected Partner (non-principal) and an Accredited Family Law Specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria.

With over a decade of experience exclusively in family law, Michelangelo advises clients across the full spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, parenting and child custody disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and family violence. He is trusted in complex and high-risk matters, including those involving interstate and international legal issues, and is known for delivering strategic and practical advice in challenging circumstances.
