Michele Allen brings more than 20 years of legal experience to Ramsden Family Law, including 7 years focused exclusively on family law.

As the first point of contact for our Sydney office, Michele is here to help with booking appointments, administrative needs, and general enquiries about your family law matter.

Michele began her legal career as an office junior and receptionist at a small personal injury firm in Sydney.

She then moved to a medium-sized personal injury firm closer to home, starting as a Word Processing Operator, and was quickly promoted to Legal Secretary thanks to her exceptional speed, accuracy and attention to detail.

In that role, she gained valuable experience across many areas of law, including litigation, personal injury, family law, conveyancing, Wills, probate and Family Provision Act matters. This broad foundation gave her a strong understanding of how legal matters progress from start to finish.

Drawn to the personal and emotional side of family law, Michele then chose to specialise. She worked exclusively as a Senior Legal Assistant in the family law team of another medium-sized firm, supporting lawyers from junior to senior level.

During this time, she developed a thorough understanding of the family law process, its terminology and its forms, along with a deep appreciation of the emotional needs of clients navigating separation.

Michele joined Ramsden Family Law in 2023 and thoroughly enjoys helping clients through what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Michele understands that clients going through a family law matter are often under significant stress.

A natural empath, she takes genuine pride in her work with clients.

She remains calm, listens carefully, and is always patient and kind, so every client feels supported from their very first call.
