Michele Allen joined our team in early January 2023. She has extensive experience in the legal industry, having started her career as an office junior and receptionist at a small personal injury firm in Sydney. She later moved to a medium-sized personal injury firm closer to her home, where she began as a Word Processing Operator and was quickly promoted to the position of Legal Secretary due to her exceptional speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Michele worked for over 20 years at this firm, gaining valuable knowledge in various areas of law, such as litigation, personal injury, family law, conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Family Provision Act matters. Afterwards, Michele chose to specialise in family law and worked exclusively as a Senior Legal Assistant in the Family Law Team of another medium-sized firm for the last 7 years. She was particularly drawn to the personal and emotional aspects of family law matters and has a thorough understanding of the family law process, language, and forms, as well as the emotional needs of clients. During this time, Michele worked for multiple lawyers, from junior to senior.
