Nicholle Ferns

Nicholle Ferns is a dedicated, approachable family lawyer. She completed a Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University and was admitted to practice in 2022.

Nicholle began her legal career in Wills and Estates before transitioning to family law, where she has practised exclusively since. She values family law for the opportunity to support clients through uncertain times, protect their family’s best interests, and work closely with them to identify and pursue their preferred outcome.

She is experienced across a range of family law matters, with strength in property and parenting disputes. Nicholle regularly assists clients in relation to Family Dispute Resolution conferences, Contravention Applications, relocation and recovery matters, as well as complex property settlements. Nicholle is a strong advocate for resolving matters through mediation, and she is equally prepared to assist clients through court proceedings when needed.

Genuine and down to earth, Nicholle takes a grounded, client focused approach. She listens carefully to each client’s circumstances and concerns, and provides clear, practical guidance to help them move forward with confidence.
