Nicole Schippani is a family lawyer with over 6 years of legal experience, committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for her clients.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Griffith University and was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2022.
Nicole began her career in civil litigation law, however, her natural empathy and desire to support people through life’s most difficult moments led her to pursue her passion for family law. Before her admission, Nicole worked closely with a highly respected family law barrister, gaining invaluable insight into complex family law matters and court proceedings.
Throughout her career, Nicole has successfully navigated various family law matters, including complex property matters, parenting matters, divorce, and maintenance. Understanding the emotional toll a separation can have on an individual, Nicole combines a compassionate and pragmatic approach to ensure her clients feel supported throughout their matters whilst also providing clear and strategic advice. Nicole is determined in achieving the best outcomes for her clients and make their matter as smooth as possible.
Being born in Austria Nicole, is also fluent in German.
