Charlotte McGrath graduated from Macquarie University in 2023, with a Bachelor of Commerce with the Degree of Bachelor of Laws. Following on from her graduation, she completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2024.
Over the past year, Charlotte has been engaged in a paralegal role, during which she has accumulated extensive experience in supporting lawyers with a wide array of family law cases. Including matters related to property settlements, parenting arrangements, divorce proceedings, and child support. This role has not only allowed her to develop a strong understanding of legal practices but has also enhanced her interpersonal skills significantly.
Charlotte’s dedication to family law is evident in her attention to detail and her exceptional communication abilities, which are crucial in understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
